Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA and UK.
How much is shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all Australia orders. Express Shipping is an additional $5.
For our international customers, shipping is free on orders over $100. For orders under $100, there's a flat rate of $15.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
We only offer PO Box delivery for orders in Australia.
Can I change my shipping address once my order has been placed?
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us at felicity@purdygrateful.com as soon as possible.
We try to process orders as soon as possible, but we’ll do our best to have the address updated before it is sent out.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We do not refund or exchange for change of mind.
I received the wrong product, what do I do?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card payments via Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay and American Express, as well as debit cards. We also accept payments via PayPal, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Orders
Where can I see my order status?
To check the status of an order, sign into your account on our website and click “Orders” from the account menu. Your order status should appear. You’ll also receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped out to you!
How can I update my order?
